GO – Overall: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 stars
Pros: Good for kids to run around, outdoor space, gorgeous when the weather is nice out, beautiful view, iguanas, fountains
Cons: Lots of stairs, the house is a bit lack luster. Price is high for larger families.
What is it?:
Vacation estate of a Chicago businessman built in the 1910s, turned into a museum and gardens. The gardens and view of the water are gorgeous, there’s plenty of history in the main house and iguanas abound.
