Pros: Good for kids ages 5+, interactive, creative, inspiring.
Cons: Overall dark and monochromatic so not as vibrant as some other exhibits we’ve seen that are more colorful. Lights could trigger some. Price.
What is it?:
Augmented reality interactive art exhibit. There are only 3 in the country: Washington DC, as of two weeks ago, Miami and in 2019, NYC. Exhibits rotate. Miami is currently running XYTZ by Adrien M and Claire B.
WARNING:
There is an exhibit on the second floor back room that has flashing lights and can be particularly irritating for those who suffer from migraines or worse, seizures.
Hours:
10AM to 10PM (tickets sold for admission on the hour but you can stay as long as you’d like).
