Florida Miami Outdoors/Nature

Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park – Miami, FL

Bottom line:
SKIP IT – Unless you’re going to specifically be in the area. There just isn’t anything overly special about it. There’s a lighthouse but the beach is just as crowded as Miami and with lots of seaweed. The waves are calmer but the sand just as coarse.

Overall:  ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 stars
Pros: Minimal waves. Cool lighthouse that you can go to the top of. There are picnic areas.
Cons: Not much to see. Sand just as coarse as in Miami. Lots of seaweed.
