What is it?:
Botanical garden with exotic bird exhibits. Oldest botanical garden in the area.

Bottom line:
GO – This is a MUST DO in St. Petersburg. Flamingoes and Rainbow Eucalyptus trees were a highlight.

Overall:  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 💫 4.5/5 stars
Pros: Easy parking, easy access to children’s museum next door. Lovely space to explore and enjoy nature. There are multiple grassy areas and an amphitheater for the kids to run around in. Lots of beautiful exotic plants even during the winter months.
Cons: Weekends often host weddings and events. Be cautious when you go or call ahead so you aren’t restricted from entering certain areas due to events.
